We at the Family Health Center Of Joplin take our responsibilities seriously and we appreciate you choosing us as your health care provider. We are committed to you and to all of your health care needs and we strive to offer high-quality health care services and programs for your entire family. Here are seven exceptional services we provide:

• We are only concerned about one thing – you and your good health! We offer comprehensive health care services for all children, adults and the elderly and we are here every day to meet your medical health care needs and help you manage your health concerns.
• We take a genuine interest in you and in your well-being. We treat the whole person and your overall well-being matters to us. Our focus is always to get you healthy and keep you healthy through primary medical care, preventive health care, disease management and health-related patient education.
• We are a privately owned Family Medicine Practice. We are a privately owned and independently operated practice. We operate independently of any hospital and any politics associated with them.
• We have board-certified physicians on staff. Our physicians are board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. We have a Medical Assistant on staff who has been a welcome addition to our practice. We also employ the services of a Massage Therapist.
• We accept uninsured patients. Because we believe that health care should be available to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay, we accept patients who are underserved and uninsured. We also accept cash payments.
• We have same day appointments. We know unexpected illness, accidents and emergencies arise with no advance notice. For your convenience, same day appointments are available. You can call our office or schedule a same day appointment online.
• We offer reduced waiting room time. So that you are not at our office any longer than necessary, you can reduce your waiting room time by completing all of your paperwork online before your scheduled appointment. You can also access your patient chart directly by logging on to our patient portal account.
